About Our Services. BR Lawn Care offers Lawn Mowing, Residential Lawn Care, Commercial Lawn Care, Grass Cutting, Grass Edging, Weed Control, Lawn Overseeding. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by BR Lawn Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BR Lawn Care makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, BR Lawn Care's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BR Lawn Care from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
